Low Cost Netbook Review - HP Mini 2140 - A Great Market Value For Sale
HP is really put great efforts to the No. 1 Net book value low-cost provider. Thanks to the net book market is currently booming. At the recent CES in Las Vegas, HP unveiled the latest addition to the large net book value arena.
Yes. HP today announced that its latest HP 2140 Mini model will be made available very soon. Keeping true with their previous model, HP Mini 2133, the new built in 2140 based on the same material as the 2133rd That is to be built in 2140, also on asolid magnesium case, as in the earlier 2133rd
Cool. None of the thin plastic stuff. I personally like it better that way. With netbooks into small, they are more vulnerable to physical abuse. This is especially true if you carry them with you in your daily journey. As such, a robust and strong material to build always a welcome improvement.
The only downside to the strong and sturdy construction is the "weight. It is certainly a lot more weight than the other netBooks thin plastic built. The 2140 weighs about 3.0 kilograms, with full accessories. That makes it the heaviest netbook around. Well, one can not win them all, I think.
The HP Mini 2140 also probably the biggest sports-keyboard in the low-cost net book value range. 92% of a standard keyboard, you would certainly be able to quickly adapt to the keyboard. It even has a full size right shift key is located right below the enter key. Nothing complicated about theKeyboard.
The keys are also protected with HP DuraKeys. HP DuraKeys? The coating, which protects a clear objective and printed characters on the keys. The keyboard will look new even after years of heavy typing.
However, I have a beef with the mouse-pad, though. Somehow, the mouse buttons on both sides of the mouse pad does not really jive with me. I would have preferred if they had decided to put the mouse buttons on the floor like a normal mousePad.
I've always been a little frustrated that this net pounds only if a max resolution can display 1024×600. To have those who have more pixels in its presentation, as has the HP 2140 Mini-unit two display modes - 1024×576 and 1366×768. Odd-resolutions? Yes. They are a little strange. I think HP has decided to adjust the display in a 16:9 format to make. Why? To comply with HDTV standard, perhaps?

What else? This is basically the essence of it. I would say the main advantage of the ever-new HP Mini 2140 would be the better screen resolution. No matter how strange the screen resolution is 1366×768 is much better than 1024×600, which, like the de facto standard for netbook screen resolution.
There is not much separatingcurrent netbooks apart. For the most part, they are created all nearly equal, since they usually identical to the Intel Atom chip sets are built. This new HP Mini 2140 tries to distinguish itself from the other by the means of resolution. So if you see something else, the HP 2140 device is certainly worth a look.
